I dunno. We have a cheesesteak place in town that makes them just how they're supposed to. They're greasy, drippy and the meat stands up on it's own. Fresh-baked bread, prime thin-sliced meat and Cheese Whiz (or your choice of cheese) and all the toppings you could want. A pretty good steak.
