You make a lot of good points, but ignore the fact that Snyder appears to be doing exactly what you suggest is the only thing he is good at - writing checks. I don't think anyone would argue that Snyder tried to micromanage the organization in his first years here. Now, however, Gibbs is in charge of personnel, and Danny-boy writes the checks. Snyder still has some say, but Gibbs is calling the shots.
Again, you point out a lot of things that were legitimate gripes about Snyder three years ago, but it's a much different power structure now.
