That's getting into a bit of symantics because all believers are inherently fans, but not all fans are believers. And I would imagine that a parent whose kids team pulled off something great like that would go crazy, but I'm also sure most of them don't know enough about the other teams in the league, or the even the inner workings of their kids team to make any kind of educated analysis about it's ability.
