I used to work at this tv station, and our lead anchor would pepper the walls of his office with fan mail. But it wasn't your normal fan mail, it was more like hate mail. They were all letters from viewers telling him how much he sucked and how much they hated watching him, etc. I asked why he never put up the positive mail because he got plenty. He said these motivated him more.
So I'd probably print out a bunch of the posts that have been written here and tell the Redskins players to put them all over their locker room and tell them to look at it each day and use the negativity as motivation.
And then Monday during his press conference, Joe Gibbs could step to the podium to address his critics and say
