I believe Gibbs should step down at the end of this season and hand the team over to Williams...

Given that we are now 2 - 5, I believe the Campbell era begins now...

3rd and Long? Why do we run measly 2 yard routes?

The defense is playing less aggressive due to an exposed secondary, what can be done about that?

Why don't we use all four of our backs for a power running game?

Keep the playbook, change who is calling the plays. Gibbs needs the reigns back.

WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON THESE POINTS???
