The most stunning part of all of this is that it's happening under Joe Gibbs. This is like Spurrier Part 2 than Gibbs Part 2. The only constant has been the owner. Although he's remained in the background, he's got to be having an impact. The Skins have been a bunch of underachievers throughout Danny Boy's reign as owner.
