One of the "sources" that called in EITM mentioned that the stadium would be doen by about 2011, and that the NFL would grant DC 4 Super Bowls over the next 16 years (I think). I don't know how true that would be, but it's interesting.
If Snyder was paying for this out of his own pocket I doubt he'd have as many problems as the MLB has had with the city.
