OK now that we have gotten through the Gibbs is God and can do no wrong crew I will break down some of your ignorance, where do you think the talent from that team came from? Casserly? Gibbs? NO! it was left behind by BB, kind of ironic that Gibbs first duty as GM with his lacky Casserly [who did wonders in houston] was a complete and utter bust in Desmond Howard, especially when we needed D-line help at that point, Gibbs gave up 2 #1's in a draft loaded with star D-linemen for [guess what else is new] more offensive players, then see's the team is about finished talent wise and needs to be rebuilt and quit's, that about sum it up?
As for applying for a job? It would be a waste of time, they don't have enough football intelligence to make that hire!!!!!!

No I haven't seen that either, he's just dropped the ball by bringing in players or keeping players around who as you have stated can't seem to do the simple things, unlike the players BB used to bring in.
