Correct me if I'm wrong, but I kind of think the only time you'd ever want to change your head coach is if you can get somebody better than the guy you have now.

Um... who's better than Joe Gibbs?

Williams? Saunders? Charlie Weis? I don't think so. He stays until someone better is available. And I think you'll have a hard time finding one.
