wow, that's first heard of this "delegation"

an incomplete lists is already in one thread, but i can relist them in excel or something if you want... i'd think cbs or fox would have a current list already though.

i'll go ahead and get up some free agents, cap analysis (how much space do we have and how much can we make), and basic draft stuff sometime this week if no one else gets to it before then.

btw, it really is too bad GB re-signed aaron kampman so quickly. I thought he was the best FA available last year (above everyone besides except maybe wayne), and for 5mill a year, he's running circles around carter
