Here is my take on free agents. The people who know these players the best are the coaches they have been playing for. If they aren't going all out to lock them up, then Buyer Beware. For example, the Redskins were the team with the best information about Lavar and his injuries. They didn't want him and alot of other teams took their cues from that. There are exceptions where you can simply outbid a team like we did with Marcus Washington. The Colts wanted to keep him, but they couldn't or wouldn't pay. It's hard to be sure.
