For some odd reason I've always got along with my mangers. I figured with me being "the black guy" there was fear of a lawsuit and Fight Club styled blackmail (pun intended).
No really, I get along with people pretty well because I'm a "Genuine Guy"™ and respectful. Asshole coworkers? Now that's another story.
