Re: Sean Taylor is respected around the league

Has anyone noticed how ST affects the entire receiving corp of the opposition when he makes hits early. A lot of times it comes on innocent plays where he wails on someone who is going down anyway. They seem to start hearing footsteps for the rest of the game and it affects their play even on plays that Taylor isn't involved in. I think ST could become the most feared and intimidating player in the game and I wonder why he isn't the centerpeice of the entire D. Also, on a side note, have you all noticed how having one shut-down corner playing well has a trickle down effect on the rest of the cornerbacks in the secondary? As in the case of ST last week, I felt that Springs bringing his A-game was rubbing off on everyone.

(Hope I didn't highjack the thread with that last bit.)
