Im a Skins fan of over 20 years. Im sick and tired of the poor clock management, poor play calling at the end of the game, and poor personnell decisions. All of these are the responsibility of Joe Gibbs. Thus, reluctantly, I am now of the opinion that he must step down. The play calling and clock management have been atrocious for 3 years now.
