Given the seriousness of the Iraq situation, I should have avoided it. Again, I apologize to anyone who was offended and certainly understand how it was inappropriate to reference Iraq. I was
not trying to make any political statement. I simply made a dumb, off-the-cuff remark.
The bottom line, for me, is that he is no Portis, Moss, Cooley or some stud player who has any right to whine about the rest of the team. Can he be pissed about things he can control (i.e. his hands and routes)? Yes. Can he get upset and angry when we lose? Yes. But he has no right to cause locker room problems, especially when you consider what we're paying him.
Sorry, I'll stop whining about Lloyd now.
