Matty needs to stop this "manager" crap and get back to doing what he does best...modding the board. Stop bringing in other people to mod for you. He's one of the all time greats and now he's hands off, do the job you were hired to do and get these guys out, then take it over and put your stamp back on the site!

This may be the greatest thread ever created.
