Gibbs was regarded as a great micromanager (in a good way). He was involved in every detail back in the first go around. I think this time he wants to be in charge but has decided to delegate more responsibilities to the coordinators and their coaches. Something's out of sync and he's going against his own grain. The catch is if he goes back to his micromanaging style he'll spend 22 hours at the office every day. Goodbye family, once again.
