Redskin2, I'm 40 and remember the Gibbs years very well. I think you made a lot of good points. The Redskins, even struggling through a bad season, are a better team and a better organization with Gibbs than they would be without him. And the one thing that was true of Gibbs then and, I believe, is still true today: he won't leave a job half done. He'll be back and he'll put everything into this team until it's the team he wants to be - the kind of team that will make us all proud to Skins fans.
