Why don't the Skins build an indoor training facility so they can avoid these injuries? It can't be due to lack of money from the owner. This is one investment I would not mind Synder doing so the team can have this alternative if needed.

This is a terrible idea. NFC East football is punching people in the mouth in December when it is cold, wet, muddy, snowy etc.
If we build an indoor facility we might as well suit up the cheerleaders.
