Re: Any "Day After" Regrets for Beating Saints?
The perennial playoff teams seem to do just fine with the position they are given. Actually an argument can be made comparing the top ten teams versus the bottom ten teams over the course of, say, ten years. I've never looked into it but I would be willing to bet the teams that draft later in the first round have a better overall record than the teams that regularly draft in the first ten spots.
I can think of one team that is doing something with their early round draft picks: the Bengals, maybe the 49er's but this is their first year of achieving a modicum of success, as it relates to wins and losses, with their draft picks in quite a while.
