Plus you've got this quote from an unnamed source sympathizing with Adam, saying what happened to him "isn't fair". Not that "it's unfortunate", which would imply it was his lack of skill or ability to follow directions, but "it's unfair" which seems to put blame at the feet of the coaching staff.

whats considered "fair" to one player might be considered "unfair" to another.
i think all of us are making to much out of this. AA feels that he needs an explanation as to why he's not playing. the redskins feel like AA should know that he has not played well and therefore has been replaced.
