pro football weekly doesnt hear anything, they make it up im pretty sure. Seems to be the case pretty consistently atleast.
Gibbs runs a complex offense, it will take some time but he also knows how to call plays, and will call to the strengths of his team. You cant base anythign on the preseason games, they dont run his offense much there.
