I've followed Vick throughout his college career and so far in the NFL. He has the tools to be an elite QB in this league, but he has to be in the right offense to let him do what he does best.

Jeff George also had the tools to be an elite QB but just never got it. I think Vick is a similar player, great tools but no idea how to use them.
