Well, one thing that needs to be said is that Gibbs, Ggrilliamss and Saunders are all smart guys and proven winners in their respective specialties, but to the degree with which they work together and understand the parameters of the job they are being asked to do, depends on some pretty serious "come to Jesus" meetings between Gibbs and his subordinates, and between those guys and their field generals.
The more I read and hear about the way this team has been run, it's clear that totally janky communication is the major problem, and there isn't any kind of consistency to conveying what the gameplan is or how it's to be achieved.
I think this stuff can be solved, if egos can be checked and people are committed to doing the right things. Those are two big "if's", though.
