I'd have to go with the Steeler's by far. Good managment and ownership, solid talent.
After that, it would be difficult for me to pick between Miami and Atlanta. Each has a committed owner and some good young talent but each has serious questions: MIA - (As was stated in an SI article) the defense is getting older by the minute and they still have the same QB dilemma as last year (a gimpy Daunte or a failed 1st rounder in Joey); ATL - Michael Vick (Mora Sr. was right) and WR's with hands made of stone.
Arizona is where coaches go when they have given up on life.
