If you're asking me who I'd like to see take over as coach when Gibbs leaves, I'd have to think about that. I look at young guys like Mangini and Sean Peyton, and I do think you have to look more toward youth in a head coach -- someone who might be more apt to relate to todays players.

Regardless of his past affiliation with the Redskins Grimm appears to have a promising head coaching career ahead of him. That's why he'd be an attractive hire. It doesn't have anything to do with his past.
