Supposedly Jeff Fisher wants complete control there and he wasn't happy with the way Reese treated guys like George and McNair at the end of their Titans careers. Apparently Fisher was also upset that Reese overruled him and Chow and drafted Young instead of Leinart.

I think Reese is solid. He's made some poor decisions, but who hasn't over the course of 21 years?
