even if he came back right now, he faces a full year of not playing (unless there's some insane appeal)... and if the contract is re-negotiated, you can bet there's going to be clauses to cover flight risks as well as no money for when he doesn't play, and heavy performance incentives... no way the fins would give him the same contract he already has. Not to mention how the locker room is going to react to a guy who ditched them completely, and then came crawling back just for money (and everyone's gonna know he doesn't want to be there)...
before i thought he might have done it to move on to better things... but now i only see a pot-smoking irresponsible whiny b&*%#. what a loser.
