I specifically work on negotiating rights to motorsports related programming and more importantly determining where to schedule them on our networks. Now, even though I work on motorsports I work closely with the people who schedule NFL, tennis, baseball, etc. to plot out what we think is the best schedule for ESPN, ESPN2, etc.
