Why on earth would a game in London have 75% Giants fans???
The UK has fans for every team, with the Giants nowhere near the top in numbers - as a member of a UK based football forum I can tell you for a fact that probably 75% or more of the people planning to attend the game will not be a fan of either team.
They (we, as I will be going even though I am a diehard Skins fan) will be going due to the fact that its an NFL regular season game, regardless for who is playing.
UK based NFL fans have just as much coverage of the NFL as in the states (infact the NFL Network games are all shown here, whereas I believe some areas in the states cannot get them!).
Personally to say that it will be 75% NY fans seems narrow minded, almost like saying all US soccer fans support Manchester United in the EPL.
