One thing I like about this is the promotion is from within...in the same article it was mentioned that the 'Skins are the only team Olivadotti has been with throughout his coaching career (since 2000). Maybe this is a sign that Gibbs and more importantly the FO are finally starting to place value on continutiy, low turnover, and looking for good solid bargan basement quality instead of trying to make the big splash all the d*mn time.
