Yes, Nash does help Stoudamire and Marion have big games every night, but Arenas does the same for Jamision and Butler, who both average near 20 pts/gm.
Arenas is definately more "valuable" than anyone else to their team...without him, the Bullets would be in major trouble and would have problems scoring 80 points.
Hopefully Nash doesn't win again this year. With Gil's breakout season, hopefully he'll win. I think he's the only guy who can beat Nash for the award. Iverson won't...his numbers should go down when Anthony is back. Anthony could've had a chance without getting suspended for 5 weeks. Lebron and Kobe aren't helping their teams win with their stats. Duncan's on the decline.
It almost has to be Nash or Arenas....but I think Arenas is the most VALUABLE player.

Yeah, Arenas is probably more valuable to his team -- but only because there is less talent on the Wizards than the Suns. Without regard to age (or character), I'd rather have Nash than Arenas.
