Status quo personnel-wise wouldn't be TERRIBLE (wouldn't be ideal either). But status quo scheme-wise is absolutely not going to get it done.
We definitely need Dockery if we want to continue to enjoy a strong running attack. It's pissing me off that he's not signed, it should have happened by now. Every day that goes by without a deal, he's thinking more and more about free agency. I'm starting to think there is a greater than 50% chance he'll be gone, and it sickens me.

Schneed - I'd say it is more like 100% Dockery will test the free agent market. I have heard that the availability of good starting guards on the market is pretty thin and
Dockery's agent (does anyone know who is representing him?) probably is telling him he can make a ton more on the free agent market than he can by resigning. Plus for some reason Synder seems to implement much more fiscal restraint when it comes to resigning his own players than other teams free agents.
