It's the scheme, man. Not entirely, but quite a bit in my opinion. I know I've been particularly critical of Williams.

We just don't gamble with the pool of players we have and I think there is a direct correlation between that and our low turnover ratio. A guy like Asante Samuels...he jumps the ball, I get the feeling if ended up here, he would be a different player.
