The voting process needs to either be a.) no more secret votes &/or b.) taken away from the writers and given to the HOFers and maybe the coaches as well. absolutely bs voting process and the voter's annual screw job on Monk should result in the voters who didn't vote for him to lose not only their right as HOF voters but also their privilege of covering professional football. still so freakin pissed off about this and I hope to hear much more of the media speaking so strongly about this snub job as Mark S. just did on ESPN.
