I know that the Skins traded their 2nd rounder last year to the Jets for the right to move up in the 2nd round to take Rocky MacIntosh.

I have a 2007 NFL Mock Draft Creator spreadsheet that has all the draft point values included in it. Unfortunately being a new member I don't have enough posts to be able to give you a link to it.
