These moves aren't going to hurt the Giants that much. However if they don't get a RB better than Brandon Jacobs in the offseason (I bet they will), they will really be hurting from the loss of Tiki.

I mean the Steelers lost Bettis and look how well Roethlisberger adapted.

It wouldn't be the same with Eli though. IMO, Roethlisberger struggled because he had his role in the offense raised for the first time in his career. This caused more attempts, and a more realistic representation of where he is at this point in his career. I'd bet his first two years were inflated because of a run-first offense. In Eli's situation, hes always had the weight of the world on his shoulders, so it makes sense that he would improve considerably in his 4th year. However it won't matter if that running game is going to be a non factor for them.
