But see the problem with NOT letting him test the FA market is that he won't know that he's not worth the money he's asking for. What the Skins should do is, let other teams make offers, take that team's top offer and match it or up it a bit. If TAF's information and sources are correct (typically they are), then it would be a DANGEROUS contract to absorb.
