Dockery is a good OG - not great. Despite showing great improvement last year, being a good citizen and great guy, he is not the ideal person I want at that position. I do not think there will be any big money takers for Dockery. If so, they can have him. Guard is one of the easiest positions to fill.

I agree. I want to keep him, but at a contract price similar to Rabach. He is easily the worst offensive lineman on our starting team (not a slam, our guys are pretty good). He is a little above average guard who works well in our system, but he is not a pro-bowler nor is he ever mentioned as a top-tier offensive guard.
I don't blame him for wanting to test free agency. The skins have a history of not wanting to sign thier own "non-star" guys to big money. I would try to force thier hand a little bit too.
