what'd be real nice, is instead of paying for a new blocking TE, we got our current one to play worth a damn (or maybe signing the one we already had!). just like WRs... okay, patten at 13mill can't get it done, let's go out and buy 2 more at twice the price.

there are calculated risks, and then there's throwing money away.
