Comcast is legally made to carry the local stations, which in your case would only be the B'more stations. I kinda doubt that they would carry the DC stations without being required to. I don't even know if that's legal.
So, I guess DirecTV sunday ticket or an antenna would be your only option.

Yeah, that's kinda what I thought. Probly gonna go with the antenna. I have heard both good and bad on DirectTV, and, as we just got the DVR cable and internet package, don't think I want to hassle with it. Other than the lack of DC stations during Skins season, I am happy with what I got.
I'll just run an antenna. With the height of my house, I actually get great reception. It's just a hassle to run the antenna wire.
