I just don't buy this rumor.
But let's think about it this way, Rosenhaus and Snyder have a great business relationship, right?
This situation could simply be Rosenhaus calling up his buddy and saying "Hey Danny, help me out a bit, let me float some rumors out there about you being interested in my client to get contact talks moving with the Bears".
