ok so i read the workout advice and alot of you have some pretty good info about all this, i tried reading online but most pages they give you some hints followed by "buy my book".... anyways im 5'9 152 lbs and i want to get to about 170 -175 but i cant seem to add the weight,, i have a fast metabolism and i eat just about anything but nothing works... you guys have any idea into what works and what doesn't ? food exercise etc,,, anything would help
