Wow, here's a surprise - It turns out it was "psychotic wench sysndrome" after all.

I am sure Hess will find SOME way to blame men for this one:

The wife of Velvet Revolver frontman Scott Weiland was arrested in the wee hours of Sunday morning after allegedly setting fire to her man's clothes outside of their Toluca Lake, California, home, part of a chain of events that Mary Weiland is now blaming on a problem with the medication she takes to treat bipolar disorder.

"The weekend's difficulties were brought on by a reaction to an imbalance in medications used to treat my bipolar disorder," the 31-year-old wife and mother of two said in a statement released by the couple's spokeswoman, Bryn Bridenthal.

"For lack of a better expression, I was unstable and just 'lost it.'"
