Now, at 27 (28 in May), I'm about 190. I think it's a matter of metabolism slowing down. Now, instead of trying to gain weight, I'm trying to lose 5 pounds and I have to watch what I eat (no more fast food 2 days in a row). In about a year, I expect you'll be in the same boat.
I'm 5'6" and GET READY...115 pounds. I eat like Rosie O'Donnell, list weights and work a lot. I have great muscle tone but can't gain weight because my metabolism is INSANELY fast. I have to eat like every 2 hours because I'm hungry again. I wish my metabolism would slow down. I'll be 28 in May!

I eat a lot but I eat healthy too, I haven't had fast food burgers since college (20-21) and gave up sodas pretty much. I've tried weight gainers, protein shakes with milk, cookies made with molasses, brown sugar and creatine instead of flour (probably a few hundred calories each, ha). Nothing.

My dad was skinny too, but when he went in the Army at like age 20-21, he bulked up and went from 125 to about 165.

Anyone have ANY suggestions? I'm in good shape and don't want to be a couch potato, but would love to gain 20 pounds, or even 10.
