I think you hit the nail on the head Winskins...it's all about the RATINGS and giving the advertisers that age group that the ADVERTISERS love, the younger set, the ratings gurus don't like the older announcers........they want a "hip" younger guy.....they don't care a rag about tradition, wisdom, experience...
