That's a terrible comparison. The Nationals are basically just being built and no one expected them to be good at all, whereas the Wizards have been a very good Eastern Conference team for the past three seasons and people thought they could make a real run before the injury bug hit.
You could have at least said the Wizards are like the Broncos (for example). Both teams make the playoffs with some consistency but neither is really a threat to win it all.
Ironically, the Bulls are probably in the same boat.
