The glass half-empty folks will never understand the glass half-full folks and vice versa. That's just the reality of it.
Personally I choose to take an optimistic view on things since I consider football and the Redskins to be a fun escape from reality. I don't see the point in being pessimistic, if I ever get to that point I'd probably rather just move on to a different hobby.
