He gets the best players he can, whether people thinks he's overpaying or not. He manages to stay in good cap shape by writing contracts we can work with and renegotiate annually so we can afford the players we need. If the players don't work out, like Arch, it's not HIS fault...he fills the roster holes, not runs practices and workouts. Bonus points for bringing back Gibbs and handing him control of the team. He just writes checks and does it better than anyone else. While on finances, he has made the Redskins the most valuable sports organization IN THE WORLD. We're worth a billion dollars!

Why he doesn't get an A? Well, the first few years and the Spurrier experiment. He has learned from the "get vets to win now" mindset and has helped us develop a great core of young players for the long-term like Taylor, Cooley, Campbell, Sellers, etc.

Snyder gives us a team that can win on paper. When injuries or bad performances happen, it's NOT his fault.
