Kiper places great emphasis on how much the Redskins de-emphasize the draft, an opinion I embrace. However, on draft matters and evaluations, I think the NFL draft is one of the most over-hyped time out's in all of sports.

The most important criteria in determining, and evaluating a player's complete worth cannot be determined by numbers, or combine routines.
